This new formula complies with European REACH EU regulations and maintains the characteristics and consistency of Dynamic Ink Black, widely known by tattoo artists worldwide. Its new formula has evolved into a black pigment aligned with the original, although with a slightly cooler and more matte tone. Suitable for lining, shading, and solid black fill work.
