This fully automated, end-to-end service takes DNA constructs from heat shock transformation through bacterial expression, cell lysis, magnetic His-tag bead purification, quantitative yield measurement by A280 absorbance, and LabChip-based purity and size assessment — all in a single unattended workflow supporting up to 96 constructs in parallel. Automated instruments including the Agilent Bravo 96/384, BioTek MultiFlo, Inheco and Cytomat incubators, a Spark plate reader, and the Revvity LabChip coordinate across five phases: transformation with LB recovery, culture growth and harvest, cell lysis, magnetic bead IMAC purification with A280 yield readout, and LabChip purity/size assessment. Protein yields (A280), OD culture growth data, and LabChip purity and size results are reported per construct alongside a QC-flagged PDF results report and downloadable raw CSV files.
