GIFT VOUCHERS E-voucher Terms & Conditions Your e-voucher or gift card is redeemable for merchandises only via The Chocolate Emporium website. It is valid for two years from the date of purchase. All e-vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable. Your e-voucher or gift card is not redeemable for cash. It can not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Chocolate Emporium is not responsible for any unauthorised use of an e-voucher or gift card. If your purchase exceeds the value of your e-voucher or gift card you will be required to pay the difference to complete your transaction. Your e-voucher or gift voucher is valid on multiple transactions. You do not need to spend the whole amount on the card if you do not wish to. Please note that you must complete your purchase by 4pm for guaranteed same day delivery by email. Any orders received after 4pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday to Friday) or on the date you have specified with your order.
