The original trim pieces fail due to design flaws and age, and they are no longer available at an affordable price. Product Details: Features a factory-style textured and matte finish. Hand-sanded and painted edges for a finished look (none of our competitors do this). A stainless steel shaft replaces the flimsy plastic hinges that were used on the original trim assemblies. This ensures lifetime use of the product. A custom-made spring provides responsive movement of the trim flap. Includes 2 plastic retaining clips which are used to hold the rubber gaskets tight against the side of the trim pieces. Includes installation instructions.
