A common problem on the E30 is the glovebox hinge mechanisim. Over time the plastic hinges dry rot and crack leaving you with a sagging globox that can't be mounted. This simple re pair kit is what you will need. This kit includes 3 repair blocks that press firmly into the space behind the original hing mount. The great thing about this kit is it can be installed without any use of adhesive.
