Hemera Heat Break is available in two premium materials: stainless steel and titanium. Both options are engineered for superior thermal management in 3D printing applications, helping to maintain a stable temperature gradient between the hot end and the cooler sections. Hemera stainless steel Heat Break A replacement 1.75mm stainless steel Hemera HeatBreak. Although this HeatBreak uses an M4 thread on the cold side, the hot side remains an M6 thread to maintain compatibility with the V6, Volcano and Super Volcano heater blocks. Hemera titanium Heat Break E3D Hemera Titanium Heat Breaks improve high-temperature printing by keeping the melt zone precise. Made from strong grade 5 titanium, they reduce heat transfer better than stainless steel, keeping the cold side cooler. Their smooth internal finish lowers extrusion force and enhances retraction reliability. These durable Heat Breaks resist cracking during installation or accidental impacts, ensuring long-lasting performance. Please note: Thermal paste is not supplied with the HeatBreak.
