This time-tested Eagle Claw® Pickerel Rig suspends your bait above the bottom structure where fish hunt, minimizing snags and maximizing strikes. The wire spreaders and dropper lin es position live bait in the strike zone while keeping it clear of debris—similar to drop shot rigging but optimized for multiple species. Versatile enough for pickerel, bass, walleye, and panfish, this monofilament setup features integrated leaders, hooks, and a convenient snap connector. Simply attach a sinker, rig your bait, and maintain steady tension for consistent contact with the bottom.
