We keep the page up because it is a real model with a real specification and you may want to compare it — email [email protected] and we will ask Eahora when it is due and pass on exactly what they say. How fast does it go, and is it a Class 3?Eahora publishes a plain 31–33 mph for both pedal assist and throttle. That is above the 28 mph ceiling the three-class statutes use, so we do not call it Class 3 and neither does its own page — the 'Class 3' line on Eahora's FAQ is a general claim about the range. Check your state's rule in Redtail's law guide before you order, and ask us if it is unclear. Is the fork really not adjustable?That is what Eahora publishes: '80mm tavel coil suspension, unadjustable'. It is the only fork in the current Eahora range described that way, and it means preload and rebound are set at the factory. On a 124 lb bike with a coil rear shock it is a real limitation if you are much lighter or heavier than average, and it is part of why this bike costs less than the Juliet Pro II. What does the navigation display actually do?Eahora describes it as a 'Full Color Display with Navigation' and specifies a 4-inch color LCD with a motors switch, Bluetooth and a USB charge port. What it does not publish is which app it pairs with, whether directions are turn-by-turn, or whether it works without a phone. We are not going to fill those gaps with guesses — if navigation is why you want this bike, ask us and we will get the answer from Eahora in writing first. How does it compare with the Juliet Pro II?Lighter and milder, for $400 less. The Juliet III runs 2 × 1,000W motors (peak 2 × 1,500W, 95 N·m each) against the Pro II's 2 × 2,200W (peak 2 × 2,600W, 110 N·m each); a 3,120Wh pack against 4,200Wh; 330 lb load against 400 lb; and two-piston 180mm brakes against four-piston 203mm. In exchange it weighs 24 lb less and charges in 6–7.5 hours instead of 8–10. Is the battery UL certified?Eahora publishes no certificate, standard number or issuing laboratory for this model or any other. We searched all 162 of its product pages and all eight policy pages on 2026-08-24; the only certification statement anywhere is one FAQ sentence saying its batteries are 'fully compliant with the rigorous UL certification standards'. We will not present that as a certification. If you want documentation before ordering, ask and we will request it from Eahora in writing. What warranty applies, and who handles a claim?Eahora's published terms: 24 months on the frame, 12 on the fork, motor and battery, 6 on the controller, 3 on the charger, display, tires, saddle and other parts.
