Frequently asked questions Is this really the same bike as the cheaper 2025 Juliet?On everything Eahora publishes, yes. We compared the two pages on 2026-08-24: all 45 specification rows and all 13 geometry rows are identical, down to the tire, the chainring, the charger and the rotor thickness. The 2026 page's marketing bands claim a complete frame system upgrade, a custom hydraulic front fork and a more responsive brake system, and none of those claims is reflected in a single published specification. How fast does it go, and is it a Class 3?Eahora publishes 25–28 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, which is at the 28 mph ceiling the statutes use rather than above it. What makes those figures more believable than most in this catalog is how close together they are: a 10-mile assisted spread and a throttle figure at roughly two-thirds of the assisted one, rather than the 100-mile spreads Eahora publishes for its bigger bikes. They are still manufacturer claims under favourable conditions, not our measurements. Which Juliet is right for me?This one if you want the biggest sensible battery with the mildest speed and the easiest legal position. The Juliet II adds a 1,500W motor and a bigger 3,120Wh pack for $200 more but publishes 29–34 mph. The Juliet III adds all-wheel drive at 31–33 mph. The Juliet Pro and Pro II step up to a 4,200Wh 60-volt pack and much higher speed figures. On stock, this is the only one of the five that was buyable on 2026-08-24. Is the battery UL certified?Eahora publishes no certificate, standard number or issuing laboratory for this model or any other. We searched all 162 of its product pages and all eight policy pages on 2026-08-24; the only certification statement anywhere is one FAQ sentence saying its batteries are 'fully compliant with the rigorous UL certification standards'.
