Early Frosty is an early-maturing snow pea variety that produces long, flat, crisp pods typically 3–4 inches long with smooth, bright green skin and tender, sweet edible pods. The pods have a classic fresh, sweet, and mildly nutty flavor with excellent crunch when picked young. They are perfect eaten raw as snacks, lightly stir-fried, added to salads and Asian dishes, or steamed briefly as a side.
