Want a mockup to gauge interest with your customers? We can do that! Please provide as much detail as possible (website link, image, team colors, logo/mascot, etc.). If you need an image designed from scratch, you will need to purchase a non-refundable design fee. Please reach out to us for this. Digital Mocks: We will create a digital mockup of your custom item. Please note colors may be different from one screen to the next and from the computer to the final product. Please allow up to 3 business days. Real-Life Mocks: We will create your custom product and take a photo for you to use. Please allow up to 7 business days. We will work with you until you are happy with the final product. Any changes after the final image has been sent will require a new fee charge. Mock ups take up a lot of time, therefore fees are final and non-refundable whether a final order is placed or not.
