Hannah attended a special needs school until she was 8 when she was transferred to a specialist learning centre for high functioning children with autism. At the age of 12 it becam e clear she needed a different approach. An individual specialist programme was set up just for her and has allowed her to develop into an amazing young adult, who is now starting a career path, as a consultant within the field of autism. She is a huge supporter of Polly's Place and has made these Easter ornaments with love and support for all the young adults trying to create a better future for themselves.
