EASTS+ ACADEMY TERM 4 PROGRAM Our Easts+ Term 4 Small Group Sessions are built around intensity, high-tempo drills, competitive small-sided games, and match-realistic pressure that forces quick decisions. Players are grouped by ability so the level of challenge stays appropriate. Technical detail will be at the forefront across this 8-week block - first touch, passing, control under pressure and shooting. EACH SESSION INVOLVES Speed Exposure & Agility, Ball Manipulation, Movement & Explosiveness, Passing, Dribbling & Shooting. Not an Eastern Suburbs FC Academy Player? No problem. This program welcomes academy players from all clubs. All that's required is the desire to work hard & get better.
