Quickly and easily check seed trench depth, quality and seed spacing in every field using the EasyFurrow to lock up the closing wheels to expose the seed trench. The EasyFurrow works with all Deere MaxEmerge, MaxEmerge2, MaxEmergeXP, ME5 and ME5E planters with the standard spring downforce closing tail wheels. The closing wheels can be raised up in two different positions: Hooking the EasyFurrow in the round hole of the row-unit shank, the wheels are raised up 3.5" Placing the hook into the bottom slot of the seed depth adjustment raises the wheels 5.5" EasyFurrow is made from A1011-18A-CS-TYPE B commercial quality American steel, laser cut with precision and corrosion protected with yellow zinc dichromate electroplating, just like a grade-8 bolt.
