The Rubber Membrane Tubular Air Diffuser is an ideal addition to a pond aeration system to oxygenate and circulate the water in your pond or water garden. The increase in dissolved oxygen improves water clarity and quality, and the circulation makes water temperatures in the entire pond more uniform. These improvements help koi fish and other aquatic life. To operate, this diffuser must be connected with tubing to a compressor (air pump). Note: These rod-shaped rubber diffusers are very strong and easier to clean than air stones. Pump and tubing are not included. The EPDM rubber tubular air diffuser is available in different lengths. Each diffuser is 1.5 inches in diameter. Models with barbed inlets feature multiple sized barbs, which can be cut to fit a variety of airline tubing.
