Let the granules soak for 30 minutes so the BTI infuses into the water. Give the solution a stir and then water your plants as usual with your mozzie mixture. The fungus gnat lifecycle averages 17 days with most of that time spent in the soil, not as adults. We recommend giving your plants a good top water drench with the Mozzie mixture at least every 2 weeks (or every time you water) until eliminated.
