The Eating and Drinking resource helps people think about their eating and drinking and the impact of this on their health. This is classified as an Advanced Set, and training is r equired. This set is intended for release following the completion of Foundation Training. It can then be used to help them make informed decisions about modifications to their diet and alternative eating and drinking methods.
