Terms & Conditions Payment for a workshop is non-refundable. Booking will be confirmed upon full payment received. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or negotiate a workshop booking. To secure a place in a workshop the fee must be paid in full in advance via our online platform on a 'first come first serve’ basis. Every session could seat up to 15 people and would require at least 2 people per session to commerce. If you wish to have a private session please do not hesitate to contact us. All tools will be provided on a loan basis. Please ensure that you return the complete set to us in good condition at the end of class. Any pre/paid workshop participant affected by such a change will be notified as soon as any change is made and if necessary offered another workshop time or a full refund. There will be no refunds upon cancellations or non-attendance on your end. However, you may arrange for a replacement and notify us via email at [email protected]. You may take photos and videos, but kindly do not publish any that portray detailed steps taken from the workshop.
