Ebba Coastal, named after the Ebb and flow of the ocean as well as our favourite Swedish Girls name. Bottled in a distinctive duck egg ceramic bottle with wooden stopper, individually crafted for our spirits with minimal and elegant labelling. A classic London dry gin from Mounts Bay Distillery and made with Cornish botanicals. With fresh sea aster and locally foraged rock samphire the result is a wonderful dry Cornish Gin with added crisp citrus notes from sea berries, farmed and harvested by the Cornish Seaberry Company. Juniper forward with zesty citrus notes and sea herb finish. Pot distilled in small batches from our distillery in Mounts Bay. Why not reuse this stunning ceramic bottle after you have consumed the wonderful goods? It would make a beautiful and tactile water carafe or vase. 40% ABV. Small batch. "The fruits of their labour do not disappoint. There is enough juniper in both the nose and the beautifully clear spirit to keep an old stick-in-the-mud like me satisfied, while the citrus elements are crisp and zesty, and the shoreline botanicals give it a saline freshness which lingers into the aftertaste. A Cornish twist on a London Dry style and with an ABV of 40%, this is so moreish that even if it was served in a tin can, I would buy it. Fortunately, the bottle is an added bonus and will be kept to be used either as a water bottle or a stand for a candle. After all, we all need to do our bit for the environment.
