ECD HeroStrings Be Elite is the complete lacrosse stringing kit from East Coast Dyes — everything you need to string or re-string your pocket in one package, engineered for elite c ontrol, consistent sidewall tension, and a clean release on every pass and shot. Made in the U.S.A. in collaboration with Jimalax. Every detail of the HeroStrings kit is purpose-built for performance. The sidewall strings are tightly woven with LockTec™ technology — a textured construction that creates superior knot retention and keeps your sidewall tension locked in through hard use, wet weather, and a full season of heavy play. No slipping knots. No sagging sidewalls. Your pocket stays exactly where you set it. Plastic tips on each sidewall string make threading through the head fast and clean — no needles, no frustration. The shooting strings are made from soft yet durable abrasion-resistant fibers — delivering a smooth, consistent release on every shot and feed without the harshness of stiffer shooting string materials. The shooting nylons are thinner and stiffer than the shooting strings, offering a crisper, snappier release for players who want a tighter pocket feel and a quick, punchy ball exit. All HeroStrings are woven with a hydrophobic fiber — weatherproof and fully resistant to rain, moisture, and cold conditions. Your pocket performs exactly the same in a February box game as it does in July. Select your colourway from the variant options above. What's included in the kit? Each ECD HeroStrings Be Elite kit includes 3 shooting strings, 2 shooting nylons, 5 sidewall strings, and 1 self-tapping screw — everything needed for a complete string job on any men's lacrosse head. What is LockTec™? LockTec™ is ECD's proprietary textured sidewall string construction — engineered to grip knots and maintain sidewall tension through extended use. It's the feature that separates HeroStrings from standard sidewall strings, keeping your pocket consistent over hundreds of reps without re-tying. Shooting strings vs. shooting nylons — what's the difference? Shooting strings are soft and pliable — better for a smooth, flowing release. Shooting nylons are thinner and stiffer — better for a snappy, crisper release. The HeroStrings kit includes both, so you can mix and match to dial in your exact pocket feel. Key Features: LockTec™ sidewall strings — textured construction for superior knot retention and consistent tension Plastic tips — easy threading on any head, no needles required Soft shooting strings — smooth, accurate release Stiff shooting nylons — snappy, crisp pocket feel Hydrophobic fiber throughout — fully weatherproof in all conditions Abrasion-resistant materials — maximum durability and longevity Kit includes: 3 shooting strings, 2 shooting nylons, 5 sidewall strings, 1 self-tapping screw Available in multiple colourways Made in the U.S.A. in collaboration with Jimalax Show more
