Echeveria is a sun-loving succulent known for its sculptural rosette shape and wide range of colors and textures. Place it in the brightest spot you have—a south or west-facing win dow is ideal—to ensure it receives at least six hours of strong light each day. Use a well-draining cactus or succulent mix and only water when the soil is completely dry, taking care not to let water sit in the rosette to avoid rot. An unglazed pot with drainage holes will help excess moisture evaporate and keep roots healthy. Rotate your plant occasionally to maintain its even, symmetrical growth, and remove any dried lower leaves to keep it tidy.
