Used in Herbal Medicine to help fight off infections, especially of the respiratory tract. Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily. Directions for use: Take at first sign of infection. Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract. Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
