Éclat PRO Lewis Mills knew exactly what he wanted with his first signature product. The Controller Bars bars are a mixture of the DIVE and MORROW that Lew had been riding for the p ast two years. Combined with his own personal shape and geometry, Lewis wanted the ability to switch between a 9"/9.25'/9.5″ and 9.75′ rise according to his stem setup.
