The simple geometry of our Eclipse rug is an homage to the landscape of northern India, capturing the moment when the sun or moon peeks over the horizon of the endless desert, altering its colors with their light and shadows. Eclipse is woven from discarded luxury silk that’s sourced from all over India, then cleaned and re-spun. Rugs made with it are ultra-soft, with a subtle luster and a greater visual depth thanks to the varied reclaimed fibers. Each rug takes a single artisan between four weeks and two months to finish. 100% reclaimed Indian silk Hand-woven in Rajasthan on panja looms ¼” thick with a medium weight and hand-bound edges Vacuum as needed without a beater bar.
