How to Use Ecothrive Trace You have the choice to use Ecothrive Trace as either a root feed or a foliar feed. When using as a root feed, add 0.25ml - 0.5ml of Trace per litre of water. When using as a foliar feed, dilute 10ml of Trace per litre of water and apply to your plants when the lights are off; use every 10-14 days for best results.
