Ecuador V. odorata vanilla beans are the first of this species we've ever offered, and we're in love! This vanilla bean has a rich and sweet aroma, with a touch of spice. They remi nd us of chocolate covered cinnamon bears! These would be wonderful paired with a cinnamon whiskey or spiced rum for a cozy and fiery vanilla extract. After building this product listing with a sample of this vanilla bean variety, we got a new batch of inventory that were covered in sparkling vanillin crystals! Some beans are shorter than grade A, so these classify as grade B, about 8-12 beans per ounce. To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered. Show more
