Release Date: 22/05/26 CassetteEd O'Brien, the acclaimed guitarist and singer-songwriter known for his role in Radiohead, announces Blue Morpho, his absorbing second solo album and first under his own name. Written during lockdown and recorded at The Church Studio, London and Seven Sound in Wales, the album captures reflection, healing, and acceptance, blending hypnotic psych-folk, jazz, trip-hop, radiant guitars, and rich rhythm sections. Produced by Paul Epworth with additional production from Riley MacIntyre and mixed by Ben Baptie, it features contributions from Shabaka Hutchings, Dave Okumu, Philip Selway, and The Tallinn Chamber Orchestra.
