I created the original artwork on my iPad, digitally combining different painting techniques and photographic elements before printing it onto a wood panel. I then worked back into the image by hand, adding real paint, drips and physical textures. The finished piece sits somewhere between digital collage, portraiture and a traditional mixed-media painting. Its layered imagery, visible brush marks and hand-applied details give the surface genuine depth, making every copy slightly different.
