The creation of Ikat fabric involves an intricate resist-dye weaving technique. Threads are bundled and bound with precision to prevent dye penetration, a craft often executed by Ikat masters. Subsequently, the dyed threads find their place on looms, weaving into the vibrant and unique Ikat textiles.
