As its name indicates, this blade is designed for Every Day Carry, but also excels at skinning as it features a high grade stainless steel blade, and sandblasted micarta handle for extra grip. This knife is made from AEBL Stainless Steel which is a steel specifically designed for high grade razors as its holds up well to abrasive materials such as hair or fur, and is also one of the easier stainless steels to resharpen since its microstructure is optimal for a razor edge. Furthermore this blade has an acid stonewash finish which creates a more tactical, weathered look to mask any scratches it picks up from use.This blade has a flat ground edge allowing for optimal strength for the small bade, and also to maximize the edge geometry for optimal sharpness. The knife comes with a black kydex sheath with adjustable belt clip. Note: The photos attached showcase red liners between the handle, current models have black liners.
