Introducing the EDC V2, in CPM Magnacut Steel! I've taken feedback from users of the EDC knife to create my updated, EDC V2. Furthermore, I've done a limited batch of these blades in CPM Magnacut, a premium stainless steel with unmatched durability and edge retention. I've polished the blade with a tumbled finish, and left the raw mill scale along the flats of the blade to create a unique look and leave a bit of texture. This knife is built for every day carry as a pocket knife, but also has been designed as a skinning knife for those who like a smaller knife for field dressing. The 3" long blade features a subtle recurve, which allows for control when carving or doing detail work, and a swept up tip with an angle that works well for skinning. The slight curve on the spine of the blade allows for a comfortable grip if you want to hold the whole blade in your hand. Further upgrades include a longer handle, which will allow for a full grip with thin handle scales to ensure ease of blade indexing. I've also adjusted the handle/blade junction to ensure that your hand stays in place and resists slipping towards the blade. I've got 3 handle options for this limited batch - Black Micarta with brass liners/pins, Orange G10 with black liners, and my personal favourite; Blue G10 with black liners. These material are incredibly durable and waterproof, and have been sandblasted to give a little bit of texture to ensure a comfortable grip. This blade comes with a low profile kydex sheath, with an integral thumb push to allow for one handed draw. It also includes a belt clip.
