3.5W, 7W and 21W Edge-Lit LED Modules for Light Boxes This DC24V edge-lit LED module family uses the same 10° × 60° side-lighting platform in three lengths. Mount the rigid bar along the inside edge of a compatible SEG fabric light box, illuminated sign or display frame and direct the beam across the graphic. Pack sizes: 10, 50 or 100 modules Technical Specifications Power LEDs L × W × H (includes lens) Rated output 3.5 W 3 LEDs 170 × 21.5 × H13 mm 350 lm ±10% 7 W 6 LEDs 370 × 21.5 × H13 mm 700 lm ±10% 21 W 18 LEDs 965 × 21.5 × H13 mm 2100 lm ±10% Input Voltage DC24V Optics 10° × 60° CRI ≥90 (Ra90) Color temperature 2800–3200K / 3700–4300K / 4700–5300K / 6500–7500K Operating temperature -20°C to +50°C Driver External DC24V constant-voltage power supply required; not included These products share the same use; length, power and LED count let the installer cover different frame sections. Final quantity and spacing depend on frame depth, reflective surfaces, graphic transmission and required brightness. What's Included (per light bar) 1 × LED light bar 2 × metal screws The selected option contains 10, 50 or 100 modules of one wattage/length and one fixed color-temperature range. A DC24V driver is not included. Confirm required connectors, wiring and mounting hardware for the project. Layout and Electrical Planning Measure the clear mounting length and depth inside the frame. Select 170mm, 370mm or 965mm modules to fit the actual frame sections; different lengths may be used only after confirming electrical and connector compatibility. Test spacing and one-side or opposing-side placement with the final graphic material. Calculate the total load from the selected wattage and quantity, then size the driver, wiring and feed points with suitable reserve capacity. Verify connector pinout, polarity, mounting method and ventilation before installation. ETL and Market Compliance Product materials identify ETL, CE and RoHS compliance for this module family. Certification requirements vary by market and venue. Before ordering for a regulated installation, request the applicable documents and confirm that the exact ordered length, production configuration and destination are covered. Applications Suitable for compatible SEG fabric light boxes, exhibition displays, retail light boxes, illuminated sign cabinets and custom aluminum-frame graphics requiring perimeter or side illumination. Compare more edge-lit LED light bars, review volume pricing, or send your frame dimensions and graphic depth for configuration support.
