The kit includes a ¼”-thick, 12”-diameter glass plate with a protective rubber edge around the circumference. Use Simple leveling process To use, simply sprinkle about half a teaspoon of the aluminum oxide on the glass surface, add a few drops of water, and lap your stone until it is completely flat again. The rubber guard keeps metal and abrasive residue contained while reducing noise during the process. Ideal for resurfacing Diamond Matrix stones.
