FOR FULL POLICIES, PLEASE SEE MY POLICIES PAGE Leather is a natural and wild material, and every hide is different. Irregularities in color, texture, blemishes, and scratches not only occur but should be expected as they are part of the animal that they came from. These are not faults, but rather natural qualities of the hide itself. The leather that I use in my products is intended to naturally patina, show wear, and change with use and love. If you choose to protect your handbag with a spray or treatment, please be advised that it may alter the look and/or feel of your leather. As with all handmade goods, there may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies that add to their charm. Leather color may vary slightly due to monitor variations. Although I work as quickly as possible, I am a one woman workshop. Made to Order items will be shipped approximately 30-45 days from date of purchase. **All sales are final and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please also note: once your order is placed, I cannot accommodate changes in bag style or leather color/type.** * My work is always guaranteed against craftsmanship issues (stitches, rivets) with normal use for the original purchaser. Bags purchased secondhand are subject to fees for repair.
