EDWARDS HAT2375 Rotary Draw Bender - ED1-61 Edwards is proud to introduce our NEWEST Powerlink Hydraulic Tool, a Rotary Draw Bender. The HAT2375, is an innovative dual cylinder, rotary draw style bender, producing up to a 180° bend in one stroke. The open style drop on tooling makes changing dies simple and bending even easier eliminating the need to reset and re-pin the die mid-bend. An adjustable auto stop controls when your bend is complete improving precision, saving time, and maximizing your production capabilities. The heavy-duty mobile cart allows for easy movement around your shop. The HAT2375 hydraulic rotary draw bender is the perfect addition to your Ironworker with PowerLink System expanding your tube and pipe fabrication. Things to know before purchase: All capacities are based on A53 grade A (mild steel) 48,000 psi tensile materials; heavy wall and high tensile materials may reduce rotary draw bending machine capacity. Consult Edwards Manufacturing to review material specifications. Features Dual Cylinder Rotary Draw Pipe and Tube Bender Produces Consistent 180° Bends in One Stroke. Must be run off an Edwards tool with PowerLink ™ System or Portable Power Unit. Open Style Drop on Tooling for Quick and Easy Die Changes. Heavy Duty Mobile Cart for Mobility Around Your Shop and Ease of Storage. Auto Stop Feature can be set to Desired Bend for accuracy and Repeatability. Large Easy to Read Degree Wheel. Easy-to-use hand/jog controls with integrated E-Stop. 20' quick-connect hoses for simple "plug & play" operation. Q7: What precision features does it have?A: An adjustable auto‑stop and a large degree wheel allow precise and repeatable bending. Q8: What are its build and warranty details?A: Made in the U.S.A with heavy‑duty construction; typically includes a 1‑year warranty. Q9: Is setup and hookup simple?A: 20′ quick‑connect hoses provide plug‑and‑play hydraulic coupling. Q10: What industries benefit most from this bender?A: Ideal for metal fabrication, automotive chassis/tube bending, industrial manufacturing, and custom metalwork. Maintenance Tips Hydraulic System Check: Regularly inspect fluid levels, hoses, and connections; replace oil periodically to maintain consistent bending pressure. Lubricate Moving Parts: Grease pivot points, dies, and cylinders to ensure smooth 180° bends and reduce wear. Clean After Use: Remove metal shavings and debris from dies and rollers to prevent damage and maintain accuracy. Inspect Dies & Tooling: Check for wear, cracks, or misalignment; replace worn dies to maintain precise bending results. Check Electrical Components: Ensure motor, foot pedal, and controls are clean, dry, and functioning properly. Calibrate Auto-Stop & Bending Angles: Periodically verify settings for repeatable, precise bends. Monitor Load Limits: Avoid exceeding rated material thickness to prevent stress on cylinders and motor. Proper Storage: Keep on a stable, dry surface to prevent corrosion and maintain machine longevity.
