Maintenance Tips Clean After Each Use – Remove metal chips, dust, and debris from both stations to maintain smooth operation and prevent surface damage. Lubricate Moving Components – Apply light oil to pivot points, dies, and sliding surfaces to reduce friction and wear. Inspect Dies and Punches – Regularly check for wear, cracks, or deformation to maintain precise bends and consistent hole punching. Tighten Fasteners – Verify all bolts and hardware are secure to avoid misalignment or unsafe operation. Check Alignment – Ensure both stations are properly aligned for accurate, repeatable bending and punching. Monitor Material Limits – Do not exceed rated tonnage or material thickness to prevent tool damage. Prevent Rust & Corrosion – Store in a dry, covered area and apply protective coating when idle.
