At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience. We will take you through how to cook a selection of the following: - Roast Pheasant with Chestnuts, Honey Parsnips, Carrots & Onions - Rabbit Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta - Braised Venison in Red Wine (Subject to change depending on fresh produce availability) This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink.
