Description • Also known as "Cheltenham Gag". The Cheltenham Gag is a running gag with eggbutt bit rings, which help prevent lip pinching. It is used mostly on horses that lean on the bit or take hold. It is also a useful bit to use on horses that hold their head too low as it will raise the head carriage.
