A luxurious one of a kind Oushak vintage rug constructed from 100% wool on a cotton foundation. Beautifully hand knotted by local artisans over 60 years ago using traditional techniques of knotting small dense individual double knots. As each rug is hand knotted there is not one Turkish vintage rug that is the same, you can find variations of the same tones and patterns but no two rugs are exactly alike. This 19th Century rug features a muted colour palette with rolling floral motifs and an extra wide boarder to frame your space. Colour Palette: Taupe and beige base with motif's in chocolate, jam, cornflour and lapis blue scattered throughout. A unique wide boarder filled with dusty navy, peach and pearl.
