The name does double-duty here, paying homage to the paper folder that we used to submit our reports back in elementary school and simultaneously describing the tartness of this de liciously sour beer. Slightly hazy, with citrus and tropical fruit notes and a distinctly dry finish. This beer is homework you wouldn’t mind doing. Show more
