How To Brew: Bagged: Use 1 tea bag per 16 oz of 185 ºF water. Begin drinking when temperature is comfortable but never remove tea bag. Loose Leaf: Use 2 Tb per 16 oz of 185 ºF water and steep a minimum of 10 minutes. The longer these herbs steep the better and more potent the herbal infusion will be. Add sweetness if you prefer. I blended Gotu Kola, a well known nootropic (cerebral circulatory tonic), nervous and whole system tonic that has sides benefits of relieving inflammation. I also added Brahmi, or Bacopa, that is a nootropic as well as a nervine that creates a calm and centered focus. I wanted it to taste nicely so I brought in two nice tasting herbs that also offer circulatory health which are rosemary and peppermint. This simple blend is nourishing while promoting circulatory health and focus and not over taxing the nervous system with stimulants which are actually depleting in the end. This blend is perfect for those that deal with anxiety but also need energy. It is great for late night study sessions or mid day slumps when you need to “pull it together” and finish a project. The inner lining is plant based and the outer layer is FDA approved recycled natural Kraft. Tin tie closures need to be removed prior to sending it to compost heap. Our unbleached tea bags are sealed with a food grade staple and no chemical sealant. Each is compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once staple is removed. They love to return to the earth.
