Carved from fine green jasper, a standing ibis with feathers defined by crosshatching on the back and folded wings, long tail feathers, a head turned in left profile with a long be ak, a small ibis standing to the left. The ibis was sacred and associated with Thoth, the god of wisdom and writing. Dimensions: US ring size: 9 1/4 Condition: Intact and in excellent condition overall. Set in a modern 18k gold ring.
