This fun shawl was inspired by La Boca in Buenos Aires, Argentina. La Boca used to be a shipyard in Argentina’s capital. The dockworkers that lived there built their houses from cast-away ship building materials like planks and corrugated sheet metal, and there was never enough leftover paint to color an entire house -- the homes and businesses in La Boca are a rainbow of patchwork colors.
