Over the years the trees near El Capitan along the Merced River have grown quite tall, obscuring views of the commanding face of El Capitan that included the Merced River. I search ed for quite awhile to find this spot, set up my 4x5 inch view camera and made this negative. The result made my lengthy search worthwhile. This is a signed, numbered, limited edition archival pigment print available in four sizes. Each edition is limited to 25 prints per size. It is available without a mat, with a mat, or with a mat and frame. All photographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the author and embossed with his seal. We use professionally cut 8-ply window mats on a 4-ply base mat. Our sealed black wooden frames with UV filtering plexiglass display your photograph beautifully while protecting it from damage.
