What You’ll Need For Drink Assembly: 12oz glass (or similar) Espresso Milk (chilled) El Classico Cream (prepared in advance) Drink Assembly: Glass: 12oz (or similar)Ice: Fill to th e top Steps: Fill glass with ice. Pour 160ml (or about ¾ full) chilled milk over the ice. Add a double ristretto shot of espresso. Top with 50ml (or about ¼ full) El Classico Cream (see recipe below). Serve immediately. El Classico Cream Recipe (Yields: 1L) Ingredients: 800ml thickened cream 200ml condensed milk Method: In a mixing jug, combine thickened cream and condensed milk. Whisk until fully blended and smooth. Store chilled in an airtight container. Mix before each use. Shelf Life: Best used within 3 days, kept refrigerated in a sealed container. Show more
