El Espresso is El Condor’s signature organic blend from Brazil and Sumatra. Its medium roast emphasizes chocolate and nutty flavors, offering an espresso-focused alternative to very dark blends. Coffee profile Bag size 16 oz Certification described by roaster Organic Intended method Espresso Origins Brazil and Sumatra Roast Medium Tasting notes Chocolate and nuts Body comes from the whole recipe The Brazil-and-Sumatra combination is designed around a rich, familiar espresso profile. A finer grind alone does not guarantee better crema or a fuller-tasting shot: too fine a setting can restrict flow and lead to uneven extraction. Match the grind to the basket, dose and desired beverage yield. Brewing guidance Use the same dose for successive shots, then adjust grind in small steps. For milk drinks, taste the espresso first so milk does not hide a sharp or drying extraction. You can also brew this blend through a drip brewer with a medium grind. For whole-bean preparation, explore Turin coffee grinders and choose a model that supports your brew method. Compare GABEE’s organic espresso blend, which adds Ethiopian coffee to the recipe. An 18 g dose with a 36 g beverage yield is a useful 1:2 starting ratio. Adjust grind size to balance sweetness, acidity and finish. Weigh the output instead of relying on crema volume; keep the dose fixed while dialing in, then test a longer or shorter yield.More preparation and product questionsWhere does this coffee come from?Brazil and Sumatra. What roast profile is listed?Organic. What cup or flavor profile is described?Chocolate and nuts.Which formats are listed?16 oz.
