The grapes are from different plots at varying locations, altitudes, and exposures. The vines are located in the north and northeast of the island of El Hierro, planted in volcanic sandy soil with small amounts of clay. These are old vines between 50 and 100 years old, located at an altitude of 500-800 meters above sea level Vinification: They are pressed whole bunch, and then the must is left to settle. It is fermented with native yeasts in used stainless steel and steel tanks, where it remains on its lees for 9 months. Bottled in June 2025. Notes: Pale golden in color.
