One of our favorite coffees from last year is back. It features a rich chocolate body with bright tropical notes like mango, creating a complex, balanced cup. Cherries are hand-pic ked at peak ripeness and carefully sorted to remove defects. The coffee is sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions to achieve ideal moisture content. This microlot is 100% Caturra, a high-yielding, disease-resistant variety derived from Red Bourbon. Show more
