Once your order comes through, our team arranges an appointment with one of our registered nurses or partnered audiologists. We have clinics nationwide, so this is usually close to you. Your impressions are taken. The appointment takes about 15 minutes. It is quick, comfortable and done by a trained professional. Your earplugs are made. Production is currently 10–15 working days from when we receive your impressions. They are delivered to you. Ready to pair with your phone or two-way radio. Your custom earplugs come with a 30-day warranty for problems with fit, plus a 5-year extended warranty.
