How to order We need impressions of your ear canals to make your earplugs. Choose the option that suits you — the price changes accordingly, so you only pay for what you need. • I can supply my own in ear impressions — you already have impressions, or you will arrange them yourself. Post them to us and we will take care of the rest. • Include Audiology Appointment ( Aust Wide ) — we arrange an appointment with an audiologist near you. Complete the booking form you receive by email and we will organise a time that suits you. The cost of the appointment is included in the price — there is nothing further to pay for the fitting. • Include on-site impressions ( Perth, WA only ) — one of our trained technicians comes to you and takes the impressions at your home or workplace. • Once complete ( production takes around 2 weeks ) we will send your earplugs to the address on your order. Children under 16 We do not take ear impressions for children under 16. We refer them to a paediatric audiologist, who takes the impressions and sends them to us — we then make the earplugs as normal. Email [email protected] and we will help you arrange it. For younger children who do not need a custom fit, our Elacin Universal Relax plugs are ready to wear with no impression needed. While we have your impressions — add swim plugs for $160 Once we have your ear impressions for this order, we can make you a second pair with no further appointment and no extra fitting cost — so Elacin Swim plugs are $160 a pair when you add them to your order — a discounted price, reduced from their usual $190 to $295, available only alongside a custom earplug order. Swim plugs give a watertight custom seal for swimming, surfing, sailing and water sports, and for anyone prone to ear infections.
